We are based in Benton and we operate throughout the north east of England. We specialise in car, jeep, van and motorcycle recovery. I f we can not fix your vehicle roadside we can offer advice and recommend many local garages throughout the Newcastle area and then take you to your chosen destination regardless of distance.

Accident recovery (RTA)

Our crash team will take care of everything; our ethos is safety and customer care. We will secure the scene, load and recover your vehicle regardless of damage. Our staff is trained and our vehicles are purpose built and fully equipped. Our team can offer any advice if you are unsure how this unfortunate process works. We can provide secure storage facilities ir required.

Car& Van transportation

When transporting a customer’s vehicle our time is taken whilst loading to ensure a risk and damage free process. Our vehicles are purpose built and suited for performance and lowered vehicles. With a 3500 kilogram payload we can legally transport large commercial vans. Arba is fully insured from an Astra to a Zonda, no matter what the value of your vehicle you can trust that you are covered.

 

None start / Home starts

When your vehicle won’t start many times it is just a faulty battery or something simple, maybe you left your lights on. We provide home and roadside assistance to help you on your way, offering you helpful advice or recovering you to your chosen destination.

Lockouts / Lost keys

Our technicians have the tools and the knowledge to gain damage free entry to most vehicles. If entry can not be gained we can advise on the best and most cost efficient options you have to resolve this often frustrating experience, from recovery to replacement keys.

Wheel change / Flat tyre

Many new vehicles supply a space saver spare wheel or a foam kit and suitable tools to help change a wheel. If you are unsure or unable our team can change or fill the damaged wheel. We carry all suitable tools including locking wheel nut removal tools incase your key is misplaced. If your car does not have a spare we can advise and recover you to your chosen destination.

Fully secure storage facilities

We can over storage facilities for vehicles that have been involved in a road traffic accidents or fire damage that are unable to park roadside. Indoor classic car storage is available subject to space within our compound in Benton. It is fully secured and insured giving you the customer peace of mind.
